Core Measures Help Booklet

This version of the Core Measures Help Booklet (listing measures and providing quick reference notes under each measure) has been revised to cover discharges from April - September 2010. Note: This booklet should not be considered all inclusive with respect to measure information and/or abstraction guidelines. Please refer to the appropriate Specifications Manual.
