Mississippi Diabetes Disparity Report

This is a "Diabetes Disparity Report", showing data from Medicare Patients that had diabetes prevention tests administered for the quarter beginning 4/1/2008 and ending 3/31/2009. The tests included are Hemoglobin (A1c), Lipid exam, and eye exam. The "Prevention Measure Rates" are organized by race to identify disparities in healthcare.
