INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR A POSITION AT IQH
I. General
- IQH no longer accepts paper-based applications.
- All applications must be completed online.
- All sections of the online application must be completed before the system will allow you to apply.
- Sections marked in red with a red X are incomplete and must be completed first.
- When all sections are indicated as green with a green check, you can select a position and apply.
II. Specific
- To apply you must:
- Register - Click "Register" at the top of the screen. All fields are mandatory. Don't forget your user name and password. Registration does not mean you have applied for a position.
- Log in - After you have registered you will go to the log-in screen. Fill in your user name and password and click Log In. You can log in later or anytime if required. Click "remember me" so you won't be bothered with the log in step next time.
- Complete all sections - When you are logged in, you will see links to sections that are red. Red means "Not ready to apply". Click each red link and complete that section until the link turns green. When all five links are green, you are ready to apply for a specific position.
- Apply for the position - When your application is complete (all green), click the "View Jobs and Apply" link and then click the apply link on the right of the job you are interested in. Complete the final form and click "Apply". If it reads "Not Ready to Apply" in red, you have not completed each section.
- To ensure you have actually applied for a position and check on its status:
- Click the "Positions You Applied For" Link at the top. If you don't see a position listed, you need to view jobs and click "Apply".
- At a later date you can review the status to ensure your application has been reviewed and accepted.
- You can delete the position if you are no longer interested.
