The Interventionist will be responsible for answering calls, entering basic demographics, and tobacco history information in the database, determine level of service caller desires, transferring calls to counselor, or performing support sessions as assigned, and scheduling call backs for a counseling call. Special Note: 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. shift. Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week. If scheduled for the Friday shift, the Quitline closes at 7 p.m. |

The Tobacco Quitline Counselor will use telephone counseling to assist tobacco users to quit. Special Note: Full-time position available for the following shift: 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday; 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Part-time Shift Available: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;3 or 4 days per week; Either M-Th or Tu-Th. PLEASE SPECIFY REQUESTED SHIFT ON APPLICATION. |
